Terms and conditions of a booking:-

• Tariff is charged per person, not per room.
• A deposit paid for a booking is none refundable.
• If a booking is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, you may be charged at the company's discretion.
• A none show will result in paying for a room booked.
• If rooms are allocated for a group booking, and not all of the group turn up, then you will have to pay for the original amount of people.
• Any people not booked in will be charged for their stay.
• You will incur charges for any damage caused during your stay
